 KANNAWIDAN  

 FESTIVAL 

Ilocos Sur especially Vigan is branded as the Heart of Ilocandia by the Philippine Historical Committee. It’s a province very rich in culture and heritage. Kannawidan means traditions and this province got to showcase all what she has.

Kannawidan is a festivity which the City of Vigan celebrates every year. In this festival, the Ilocano people showcase cultural shows, native products and the talents of the Ilocano’s.

 For the people, Kannawidan is one way for them to experience, know, learn, and love the different cuisines, cultures, traditions, and exhibits of their own province, of their own place. This festivity has a great impact to the people for it shows how their province lived and lives. The activity creates a magnificent  influence that pulls people together in one area of the province and makes an amalgamating once in a year experience as traders all over the province and all over the Philippines showcase their wide array of reasonably priced products.

 For the community, Kannawidan is  the best place to enjoy nature’s gifts, it is the best place to create a coalescing community. Kannawidan is a place for showcasing talents, brains, beauties, and the creative hospitality that we, Filipinos, esp. Ilocanos, have.

My dream, My future

                     All of us have a dream. Dream that made to be our inspiration to pass all struggles and challenges that we may encounter in our life. Dream that served as our strength to face all problems in our life. Dream that one of the reason why we’re still living this world.

To be a doctor is my dream, being a doctor in my future makes me happy. I want to be a doctor because I want to cure illnesses of a person and I want to save a life. Cause if I save a life makes me happy and proud. Proud because I can save a life using my profession. I can also make the person I save happy, because she/he will live longer. To continue his/her dream.    

Dream is part of our life. We should have a dream in our life so that we will not be misled. So that we have strength to face all struggles in our life. Dream that will make us happy on our future.

reflection(fourth grading)

Reflection

       

            I have many things learned during our fourth grading period in our subject Information Technology Communication of also known as ICT. We learned about the Adobe Photo Shop. What is the use of photo shop? What is the use of it? What is the importance of it? We also learned the basics of it, like, How to change the color of a hair, the black and white, change the color of the background, the clone stamp and other. We also learned the Windows Movie Maker. How to create a movie using the Windows Movie Maker. We also created our own movie considered as our project.

       

          I have many things learned, but there are also challenges and problems that I encountered during our fourth grading period. Time is one of the problems that I encountered. Why? Because we are all busy for the signing of extracurricular. We are also busy in practicing of the Pinning of Ranks in our CAT. We are also busy in rushing our project and lessons to be discussed because Maxwell, Marconi, Martinelli, and us Rizal will have our early examination for our fourth grading period.

        But all of the problems that I encountered in our fourth grading period, I passed. Why? Because I learned how to manage my time. I learned how to be strong in facing all problems in my life. Because I know that being a student have a many problems in studies. It depends on you haw you woill pass all of this problems.

Climate Change

Nowadays we’ve experiencing climate change. But what is climate change??? Climate Change is  a significant and lasting change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. It may be a change in average weather conditions, or in the distribution of weather around the average conditions (i.e., more or fewer extreme weather events). Climate change is caused by factors such as biotic processes, variations in solar radiation received by Earth, plate tectonics, and volcanic eruptions. Certain human activities have also been identified as significant causes of recent climate change, often referred to as "global warming".

Illegal activities, like illegal logging, illegal fishing and illegal mining is the main reason why there is a climate change. We didn't think the results of those illegal activities so we've been experiencing this climate change.

The things that we can only do, to protect ourselves in climate change is not to continue those illegal activities. And we must learn how to reduce, reuse, and recycle. And learn to love our nature.

GOING GLOBAL THROUGH ENGLISH LANGUAGE

All of us have our own language. Using different language makes us difficult to understand each other. And sometimes these lead us in trouble so it’s better when we use only one language.

      English is the universal language. Everyone should know how to speak English, so we can understand each other. If we only use one language our world will lessen the problems. Because some of our problems are cause of miss underst6anding cause the language we use. Our country will live peace when we only use one language.

      Use only one language, which is English so that we can communicate and understand each other. And to live a peaceful life.

        All of us have a right. Right to live, right to learned, and right to have an opportunity. But some of us don’t know their rights, so some of us missed their opportunities.

      We should know our rights, so we have an equal opportunity. If we don’t know our rights those opportunities are only  be vanished.

LOVE IS THE ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS

      Christmas is part of our life. Christmas is an annual commemoration of the birth of Jesus Christ and a widely observed cultural holiday, celebrated generally on December 25 by millions of people around the world. But what is the real essence of Christmas?

      The real essence of the Christmas is love. Why love? Because Christmas is a time to renew bonds of love. It's a wonderful time when loved ones can show appreciation for each other. It's also a great time to use that love to build bridges of understanding, acceptance, and forgiveness.

      So we should spread love. Because love can maintain peace in our heart not only in our heart but can maintain also a peace in a country. Love is important to an individual  because Love can makes someone feel appreciated and valued. It also makes someone to have a sense of attachment. Love is a universal feeling, which is felt by almost every living being on this earth.
